How do I shop?

You can make a purchase via our website (www.caliquent.com).

  1. Choose the categories (New In, Products) that you are interested in and start browsing.
  2. When you found an item that you like, choose your colour, size and quantity and add to basket.
  3. You can continue to shop or complete your order by clicking on checkout.
  4. To checkout, you can login to your account or sign up for a new account if this is your first time purchasing.
  5. Check that your delivery address is correct.
  6. Choose your preferred delivery method.
  7. Select a payment method.
  8. Confirm your order and you are done!

You will receive an email confirmation when payment is successfully.

Payment

What are the available modes of payment?

We offer the following modes of payments – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and PayPal.

What is the currency used on Caliquent?

All items on Caliquent are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

Local Delivery

What are the delivery methods and when can I receive my order?

Upon order confirmation, we will need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It will then be dispatched to Singpost for delivery.

We currently offer only delivery via Singpost.

  • Smartpac (1KG): 2 – 3 business days upon dispatch. SGD 3.80 per parcel.
Can I track my order?

Yes, you can!

First, you will need to login to your account at Caliquent Account Page. Click on the “Track” button to track your order. Alternatively, the tracking number can also be found in the order confirmation email that is sent to you after your order has been processed.

Next, visit Singpost website, where you will be able to see the updated delivery status. It may take up to 1 business day upon dispatch of your parcel for the tracking status to be refreshed.

Delivery status can be tracked on Singpost for Smartpac delivery.

Order Issues

I've chose the wrong size. Can I request for an exchange?

Yes, send us an email at hello@caliquent.com to arrange for an exchange.

Note: Exchange is subjected to stock availability. In the event the size you are exchanging is out of stock, we will issue a credit voucher for your next purchase, which is valid for 3 months from date of issue.

To ensure that the item reaches us, use a shipping service with tracking. Please note that you will have to bear all the shipping cost, which includes sending to us, as well as shipping the exchanged item back to you.

I received a defective item. What should I do?

We are extremely sorry to send you a defective item.

Please email us at hello@caliquent.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, with, 

  1. Your order number
  2. The name / product code of the defect item.
  3. A photograph of the defect.

We will then advise you on the next step to take.

The postage for the items deemed defective will be reimbursed and a replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is no longer in stock, an online credit voucher will be issued instead. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered in it’s original packaging.

I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

We apologise for mixing up you order.

Please email us at hello@caliquent.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, with,

  1. Your order number.
  2. The name / product code of the item you have ordered.
  3. The name / product code of the incorrect item you have received.
  4. A photograph of the packing list.

We will then advise you on the next step to take.

Pre-Orders

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Pre-order dates will be shown on the product’s page and during checkout.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Unfortuntately, we will not be able to cancel any pre-order once the production starts.

Do I have to make full payment for pre-orders?

To ensure that you receive your items once they are ready, full payment has to be made.
